Support Brady & Gavin’s Team Blood Cancer United Fundraiser

Parishioners Gavin Macchio and Brady Ahern, sophomores at Chaminade High School and CYO basketball players, are leading a team of students who are united in a shared vision of a world without cancer.

Both of their families have been personally impacted by blood cancer and have directly benefited from the work of Blood Cancer United (formerly the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society). Inspired by their experiences, their team is giving back so other families can continue to receive life-saving support.

In dedication to this cause, the February 14th CYO basketball games will be played in honor of blood cancer patients. The teams will wear red wristbands and offer a special prayer for patients and families at the beginning of each game.
