HOMES FOR OUR TROOPS UPDATE ON OUR PARISH LENTEN PROJECT 2016

We are so pleased to inform you that the homebuilding project for Marine LCpl Matias Ferreira, which we supported as our 2016 Parish Lenten project, has begun!  We have been invited to attend the Community Kickoff event on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at SYJCC, Room 10 at 74 Hauppauge Road, Commack, NY beginning at 9:30 am for check-in and 10 am for the ceremony.  Following the ceremony, lunch will be served to all attendees and there will be an opportunity to meet Matias.

Thank you once again for your contributions to this project last year.  It is wonderful to know that St. Joseph’s Parish is part of the circle of support enabling Matias and his family to look forward to moving into their own home in the near future.
