This is the time of year when we begin to look forward as the balmy breezes of spring usher in the long-anticipated summer. And in that spirit, I invite each of you to join us as we prepare to Spring into Summer in our parish raffle.

We are expanding last year’s Follow the Star! raffle in the number of tickets we are making available –limited this time to 750. And we are increasing the prize money: $15,000 offered in five prizes:

First Prize: $5,000; Second Prize: $4,000 Third Prize: $3,000 Fourth Prize: $2,000 Fifth Prize: $1,000

Again, the tickets are $100 each, or three tickets for $250. The drawing will be held at our annual Father’s Day Prayer Service in honor of St. Joseph, the Patron of Fathers, on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, 7:00 p.m. in the church, followed by our outdoor ice cream party. Bring the whole family! This is a wonderful way to share the anticipation of Springing into Summer!

With the loss of the Parish Party, these raffles are our single most important source of revenue. I encourage you to get into the raffle early, because when the tickets are gone, they are gone! (Last year’s sold out in three weeks!) Don’t be left out!
