Our GIVING TREES will be found in the Church near the Sacred Heart altar and on the stage in the Auditorium beginning Saturday, November 16th and Sunday, November 17th. Fifty families from Our Lady of Loretto parish in Hempstead will benefit from your generosity.

Please help us spread the true meaning of Christmas by taking a tag or two from the tree. The tags are color coded according to age and gender. Sizes and gift ideas are printed on the tags.

You may prefer to select a tag which indicates GIFT CARD. Gift cards for Walmart, Old Navy, CVS and Walgreen’s are requested. These cards will be distributed as needed if a gift has not been provided for a recipient.
A suggested offering of $25 is appreciated for both the gifts and the gift cards.

New, unwrapped gifts will be collected at all of the Masses on Saturday, December 7th and Sunday, December 8th. Please affix the tag to the gift so that it will reach the intended recipient.You can also contribute by taking a tag for gift bags and tissue paper.

Last year we received many thank you cards from the recipients. Their words of thanks were very touching: “You put a smile on my children and I thank you for that”…”Thank you very much for the gifts you sent us; they were beautiful. I am very grateful and thank you for everything”…”Thank you so much for the presents we received. All of the clothes fit perfectly on everyone. Everything was beautiful”… “I am thankful to God and you.”
