Once again this year, we will be providing Christmas help to 50 families known to the Outreach program at Our Lady of Loretto parish in Hempstead in the form of $25 gift cards to local stores. This format was well received last year and enables the families to choose their own gifts.

$25 gift cards to the following stores would be most appreciated:
WALMART, OLD NAVY, TARGET, BURLINGTON, TJMAXX,
CVS, WALGREEN’S.

Our collection begins next weekend, December 4 & 5, and ends on Monday, December 13.

You may mail your donations to the Parish Social Ministry office at 120 Fifth Street or deliver them directly to the secure mail slot on the convent door at that address. Donations may also be dropped off at the rectory, 130 Fifth Street, during regular business hours. Please write “Giving Tree” on the envelope in which you enclose your donation.

This year, there will not be collection boxes in the church for the Giving Tree. Please bring or mail your donations to the PSM office or to the rectory as noted above. Please contact Anna Sirianni at 747-7120 or asirianni@stjosephsgc.com if you have any questions.
